Leonidas has been fantastic right from the start and is still my landlord today, I honestly feel lucky. Everything waS exactly like the photos, no hidden costs,he was upfront about everything in advance, no deviation, no surprise in the lease. He is honest, helpful, quick, kind and professional, the importance of this can't be understated when dealing with stress of moving to a new apartment in a new country.

It's 3 months I live here in Athens for an internship, on the Ist floor of Leo's apartment. My moving was really comfortable! Trust him because he is the best in Athens. Also, “Victoria” metro station and buses are very close. Victoria is a very safe place, there is everything here, markets very close, one of them always open even Sunday till 1:00pm. I understood that Athens is a great city to live, make friends and work. I'll come back here!

The house that I live for 6 months is very beautiful, comfortable and clean. Leo is very nice and friendly. When I call him he always arrives subito! Also, for me the area is beautiful and safe! I feel also nice with my flat mates (especially those from other cultures).I go to my work by foot walking about 20 minutes but there are also bus stations very close to the house.

First of all, this place exists, it's real! It's really good as you can see in the pictures.You have everything you need, about the area it's very good, you have metro,means of transportation, super markets an everything you need for living. I have no problems in this area, I feel safe and I really like it. If I had to come back I would stay here for sure. As for my flat mates I had wonderful time.

I'm a lucky man because the first day I came to Athens it was the first place I saw and was so good. It's a normal safe quiet place with clean streets without loud music and fuss.
You're close to metro green line in the middle of Piraues-Kifisia so you can go to Monastiraki or change to the red or blue lines. My university was also close as well as shops, groceries with fresh fruits and markets.

I stayed in “Erasmus building” for 2 semesters. It was a great experience as I managed to take my courses with great
success. The place was very quiet and cozy, I could read with no distractions. I so much enjoyed the life in the center of Athens. The room was clean and nicely furnished as it felt like home. I also made great friends during my stay and I would gladly return here!
